What it means to fly high in Dubai? Filipina hotelier has answers.

This Filipino achiever has been in the field of hospitality for almost six years.

She has experience in different aspect of the business from customer relation, sales strategies, events management, marketing, budget process and coaching.

“My experience has been and is affluent. I desire to continue in this direction and thrive in the field of hospitality sales and marketing.”

Her achievements are too long to enumerate. She started as a Sales Executive, Pre-opening Team of two IHG hotels – Crowne Plaza Hotel and  Staybridge Suites Hotel both  located in Abu Dhabi Yas Island in 2009 servicing corporate accounts and implementing sales activities. With hard work, dedication and passion in her profession she got promoted to Sales Manager after 14 months and to Senior Sales Manager after a year.

In May 2013, she was transferred to Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira to lead and manage the sales team. Part of her responsibilities is to coach and train the sales team, drive business locally and  through various distribution channels, explore new ways of finding new business, lead multi-functional meetings and execute strategic and tactical marketing activities according to business.
