This Filipino achiever knows that he still has a lot to conquer in this world but one of the greatest achievements he has, so far, is being able to travel to 50 plus countries in five continents. 

John Jay Mendoza Borja worked with the TAKtical International Ltd. as Accounting Manager. He was responsible for the over-all finance function in a group of companies involve in real estate and management advisory services. John Jay reported directly to the Managing Director and handled all aspects of accounting for TAKtical Realty Group, TAKtical Advisory Group FZ LLC, TAKtical Commercial Brokers, Katalina Developments Ltd. and Affiliates – Soothe LLC and ManAge LLC.

In this company, he was able to manage to transfer previous and current files to a more efficient accounting system from Quicken to QuickBooks, established a more organized system of maintaining the accounting files thru a Voucher System that ensures simpler referencing and gives detailed information and implemented a more sound and reliable system of internal control for including but not limited to cash control, receipts and disbursements policies.
