This Filipino achiever chose the field of quality management system and conformity assessment because this is his passion.

“I know I am good at it. When I started to learn about food safety management system and ISO 9001, I knew that I could be of help to others if I explore this field thoroughly.”

Harold Grecia Orona, 35, was never wrong for that decision allows him to travel around the world. In many places that he visited, he realized that Filipinos are indeed known to be honest and hardworking nationalities. I remember one Italian client who said, “Filipinos are colonizing the world with your Christian values and morals”

A native of Tacurong City in Sultan Kudarat, Orona is Conformity/Quality Officer, a post he holds since 2008 at the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA), a federal government body and the national standards body of the UAE.
