Renato Formilleza is a pioneer associate of LBC Express Inc.- Dubai, the leading Filipino service provider for cargo, courier and remittance.
As the Over-all in Charge of LBC Karama branch and a Senior to four other associates, he supervises the daily operations at the branch, including the release of daily reports to the Team Head and the Country Manager.
On top of his career, he owns a small transportation and showroom rental business. Despite his professional and business commitments, he takes time to be of great service to his fellow Filipinos. This, we believe, is his great achievement beyond compare.
Affectionately known as JayR, he has been with LBC UAE since the company opened its doors in Dubai in 2008. It’s been 6 years now. He values honesty and integrity which is most important in any job. This is the reason why he likes working with a trusted company like LBC.
LBC has inspired JayR with its goal of moving lives by providing the quality service every kabayan deserves. “In a way this value of helpfulness is instilled in my heart as well. I’m glad I am able to take part in this kind of endeavor.”
In return, he never misses an opportunity to take part in CSR activities carried out by LBC for the Filipino community. On a personal note, he donates from his own pocket for the typhoon victims.
He remembers with pride his active role in a donation drive which took place in 2013 for the Yolanda victims. “It was a very rewarding experience learning that there a lot of generous Filipino and non-Filipino communities here in UAE. We had over 20 containers filled with donations sent to Philippine Red Cross so all of us went out of our way to help in the consolidation and even up to the loading of the goods in our containers. It was really Bayanihan at its best and it made me proud to be a Filipino.”
“I am happily contented with where I am. It is important to stay happy and positive. I know that I will stay grounded always despite any success in my job or in my business.”
