Before coming to Dubai, she used to work in multinational semiconductors manufacturing industries in the Philippines. In 2003, she decided to try her luck in Dubai. She was hired as Sales Coordinator of JSA Gulf FZE in Jebel Ali Free Zone as her stepping stone to get familiar with the region. She worked with this company until 2006.

Lilian is a real Pangasinense from the clans of Soriano and Bautista. In 1992, she graduated from the Saint Louis University in Baguio City with a degree in BS Electronics and Communications Engineering.

At the Filipino Digerati Association, which she co-founded in 2007 with professional friends, she currently serves as trustee and adviser. She was president in 2011 and chairman of the board in 2012. Last year, she prepared all the necessary documents to include the group in the Presidential Awards for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas. FDA won the Banaag Award.

“Life in itself is a blessing. I am thankful to all what I do or have now, and I knew God showers me blessings for being good as a person. Being good doesn’t mean I am tolerant of all untoward things around, or even people with untoward motives against me, but at least, I knew how to recognize those and sooner or later I’ll do something to compensate with good deeds.”
